CASTLE OF CIMBERGO
The Castle of Cimbergo is located in a spectacular way on a hill overlooking the valley and Re creek.
The irregular pentagonal structure dates back to the 12th and 13th centuries and was the center of numerous clashes between the Guelphs and Ghibellines.
Still visible nowadays there are portions of the walls, the entrance portal, and the cistern compartment where recent excavations have brought to light a large stoup suggesting the existence of a place of worship in the structure.
THE OLD MILL
Cimbergo's old mill is a small stone structure still working: it transforms the crop of chestnuts and corn into flour, assisted by the power of the small stream that makes the wheel move.The walk offers enchanting panoramas and evocative views of the lower Valcamonica and of the Concarena: the mountain on the opposite side of Pizzo Badile.
CHURCH OF BOANO LOCALITY
The little church of the dead in Boano, a charming small chapel surrounded by greenery, from which you can admire a seductive landscape, is dedicated to the victims of the plague.The walk leads to discover enchanting views and evocative landscapes immersed in nature meeting religiosity through the small architectures called "santelle", at the edges of the dirt roads.
At the Wildlife Center of the Adamello Park you can find some species of animals: deer, roe deer, birds of prey, hedgehogs etc.
The Reserve covers a 7 hectares area within the protected area, where there is a nature-path, with educational panels and evocative wooden viewpoints offering a splendid view of the mountains Concarena, Pizzo Badile and Valle Camonica's bottom.
VOLANO'S BASIN AND THE REFUGE
This route, characterized by a rare wealth of flora and fauna, is nestled in the woods and along the river Re.
After an hour walking, we reach the De Marie refuge (1450 a.s.l.) where you can stop and refresh.
Nearby, immersed in the fragrant pine wood, there are several picnic areas where the "do-it-yourself" tourist can find the necessary to spend a day of relaxation and fun.
In summer you can pick up the delicious wild blueberries and the more experienced and lucky can find porcini mushrooms.
The extraordinary beauty of this basin is also determined by the river Re, from which it is entirely crossed, and by the characteristic wooden bridges.
VAL ZUMELLA AND THE RIFUGIO
It is an easy and easily accessible on foot road and, for the more sporty, with mountainbike.You will be enchanted by the panorama that offers a spectacular view of the Camonica Valley already from the first km, until you reach the Colombé refuge from where, on the clearest days, you can also see Iseo Lake.
Near the Colombé refuge there is a characteristic malga where you can buy various types of local cheeses and butter.
During winter months, the most daring people climb on the mountain tops and practice mountaineering ski.

TRACK OF PIZZO BADILE CAMUNO
The track of Pizzo Badile Camuno is recommended to expert hikers.
From the top of Pizzo Badile the view is spectacular and sweeps in the whole round from the granite pillars of the peaks of the Tredenus to the flattened shape of Iseo Lake, to the Presolana; from the massive dolomitic of the Concarena to the more distant Disgrazia and Bernina whose massive glacier can be seen. Looking to the east, the Pian di Neve and the majestic Monte Adamello appear.
